No matter which cabin type you select, the M/V Markan is fitted with a high class of furnishings, and décor that’s calm with a whisper of colour.
Amongst the larger of vessels; the M/V Markan is 48.5m in length and 8.8m wide, giving you more space to live and socialise. With a crew of between 7 and 9, life on-board is perfectly relaxed and attentive. Just 19 cabins mean this cruise is very much intimate, with a relaxed ambiance and dress code. Days are idyllic with evenings as lively as the restaurant or bar you seek.
Located over three decks, all 19 en-suite cabins are designed to give space and comfort without compromise. Colour schemes are neutral for the ultimate relaxation, using plush textiles to give a sumptuous feel.
9 upper deck cabins with private balconies are accessed internally. Your balcony is accessed through a full glass door and is furnished with two rattan chairs.
2 main deck cabins located at the front of the ship with internal access, cabins offer two large portholes.
8 lower deck cabins are accessed internally and are slightly larger in size; they have three portholes, one of which is in the bathroom. (2 x triples available).
Each cabin regardless of deck, is facilitated with air-con, ventilation, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, desk and chair, small sofa, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, TV, hairdryer, plus under bed space for luggage.
Offering modern facilities expected of a brand new vessel, the M/V Markan has an abundance of space and lavish living areas….the main deck dining room is fully air-conditioned, with comfortable dining chairs, and a ‘sit where you like’ plan. The indoor lounge has a bar with LCD Television. There are plenty of living and relaxation areas including a stunning outdoor lounge, and a fantastic top deck which is partially shaded offering deck-beds for all passengers and hot-tub. To make the most of every swimming opportunity there is a platform with steps and a ladder for easy access to the water, plus deck lavatories and shower.
Food and drink:
Your ‘mixed half board’ basis includes welcome cocktail, dinner on arrival, breakfast daily, 6 lunches with a complementary drink (wine or beer), captain’s dinner, in-cabin bottle of water daily. This type of mixed arrangement offers the best of both worlds; to enjoy the fayre on-board, and also time to sample local restaurants and eateries, making the most of the slow-paced days and evenings of the Adriatic coastline and islands.
